PaintExpo 2024
We are excited to be exhibiting at the PaintExpo trade fair in Karlsruhe from 9 to 12 April 2024!
Together with the experts from SPMA Spezialmaschinen GmbH, we will be present in Hall 2 at Stand 2510.
Last week, as part of an excursion of the EC Conference, a visit to the Füll Lab Automation took place.
An interested audience, consisting of participants and speakers, was able to learn about the advantages and future of automation and digitalisation in the coatings industry in numerous presentations at the conference.
Dr. Roland Emmerich, Head of Sales, presented various automation solutions during the excursion to the company headquarters of Füll Lab Automation. As a special highlight, the audience was able to learn about various formulation and application technologies of Füll Lab Automation live and in colour in the technical centre. Tobias Burk, Head of Technology/R&D, was able to give the visitors practical insights and answers any questions that arose.

During an excursion at the EC Conference Automation 2022, our experts will provide practical insights into our technologies and automation solutions in the company’s own technical centre. Automation has become indispensable in the laboratory and development environment as well as in quality control, and and our strengths lie precisely in the implementation of customer-specific workflows!

New technical centre opened
For supporting you in your automation projects right from the start, and to make the implementation transparent for you, Füll Lab Automation GmbH in Ostfildern has set up and commissioned its new technical center.
Standard modules for liquid and powder dosing, for mixing and measuring a wide variety of substances, as well as application and curing and drying of formulations are available for test purposes. We would also be pleased to carry out feasibility studies with you for the development of new functions.
With our coating equipment we carry out tests with different application methods and evaluate them.
We would be pleased to convince you of the capabilities in our technical center.

THE PERROT DUVAL GROUP TAKES OVER UNIT FOR LABORATORY AUTOMATION AND QUALITY CONTROL FROM SYNTEGON TECHNOLOGY GmbH
The Perrot Duval Group is strengthening the activities of its Füll participation by acquiring the business and personnel of the Lab Systems-EAS unit from Syntegon Technology GmbH (Germany), formerly Bosch Packaging Technology, on March 1, 2021.
The newly created company Füll Lab Automation GmbH for this business in the laboratory and quality control sector will be integrated into the Füll business area. Following the sale of its Infranor shareholding on January 6, 2020, Füll is completing its range of expertise in the processing of liquid, viscous and powder-based products.
